HGH Side Effects
The use of HGH (human growth hormone) has become a very popular alternative to steroids and is used in many applications even though it can be detrimental to a person?s health. Nevertheless, HGH remains an extremely popular aid in dieting and also in helping to reduce the effects of aging. Unfortunately, too many people begin using HGH without fully understanding what the various side effects are and, as a result, there are many who complain of adverse reactions to the hormone.
In order to make an informed decision, the person using HGH understand what the side effects are and how they can complicate health later on. Sometimes, side effects can be seen in just a few weeks of use and they are often difficult to control and can be quite detrimental to the quality of life of the user.
The major side effects of HGH are high blood pressure, unexpected/abnormal bone and cartilage growth and even insulin resistance, and that?s in the short term. On the long term side of things; severe/chronic joint pain, facial bone growth, pituitary gland failure, increased diabetes risk, and even irregular heart rhythms that can be deadly.
The more serious of the problems occur when someone uses the hormone over the course or years and does so regularly without a need for it. This is most commonly seen in athletes. However, the bone growth, joint pain and even increased risk to diabetes can be seen in people who use it as a beauty aid and, as has been proven time and again, diabetes can kill if gone unchecked for any length of time. It should also be pointed out that, even the most extreme side effects can be brought on by minimal use of the hormone and each person should weigh the risks and consult a medical professional before using it for any reason.
